Insurance Exclusions
  • Interior and undercarriage damage not caused by collision
  • Any damage not reported during the rental period or at the time of return, and subsequently identified, where evidence reasonably indicates it occurred during the rental period
  • Loss or damage to keys and associated costs, and costs arising from keys being locked inside the vehicle
  • Misuse, negligence, or reckless driving
  • Misfuelling
  • Mechanical damage caused by improper use
  • Driving off-road or on unsuitable terrain
  • Tyre damage (including punctures, cuts, blowouts), unless directly attributable to a documented collision event
  • Driving outside permitted areas (including Northern Cyprus)
  • Use by unauthorised drivers
  • Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • Overloading the vehicle
  • Continuing to drive after a fault is apparent
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings
